What are the health benefits of your honey?

Honey is a "living" organic food and one of nature’s most complete nutrients. Unlike refined sugar, honey is 99% predigested, providing instant energy without "empty calories." It contains:

  • Antioxidants: Levels comparable to spinach and berries (chrysin, pinobanksin, and vitamin C).
  • Vitamins & Minerals: Rich in B-complex vitamins, Calcium, Iron, and Zinc.
  • Natural Defense: It is a powerful natural germ-killer and preservative.
What is Royal Jelly and why is it beneficial?

Royal Jelly is a nutrient-dense honey bee secretion. Ours contains17 amino acids(including all 8 essential ones), beneficial lipids, and is exceptionally high in the B-vitamin pantothenic acid.

Do your honey confections use natural colors?

Yes. We prioritize plant-based colorants for our honey products:

  • Red (Beet Juice): Used in Cinna-honey and Strawberry Lemonade caramels.
  • Purple (Purple Cabbage): Used in Huckleberry whipped honey, honey sticks, and caramels.

Chocolate

Is your chocolate Gluten-Free?

Yes. We are 100% Gluten-Free. We do not carry any products that contain wheat or gluten ingredients, ensuring a safe experience for those with Celiac disease or gluten sensitivities.

What are the ingredients in your chocolate?

We maintain a clean label with no hydrogenated fats or oils:

  • Milk Chocolate: Sugar, milk, cocoa butter, chocolate liquor, sunflower lecithin, and pure vanilla.
  • Dark Chocolate: Sugar, chocolate liquor (processed with potassium carbonate), cocoa butter, milk fat, sunflower lecithin, and pure vanilla.
  • "Ivory" (White) Chocolate: Sugar, cocoa butter, whole & nonfat milk solids, soya lecithin, and vanilla.

Does your dark chocolate have antioxidant properties?

Absolutely. Research shows our dark chocolate contains four times the catechins (antioxidants) found in black tea. It is also high in proanthocyanidins, the heart-healthy flavonoids also found in red wine.

Are there allergens in your chocolates?

Nuts: We use pecans, almonds, and coconut. Peanuts are only used in our Peanut Butter Truffles, and we take strict precautions to prevent cross-contamination.

Dairy: Our chocolates contain milk and milk fat.

Shipping & Delivery

How can I track my Queen Bee Gardens order?

To receive tracking updates, please provide your email address during checkout. You will receive an automated email with the subject line“Package shipped to you”or“UPS Quantum View.”>Tip: Check your spam folder and mark these senders as "safe" to ensure you get your delivery notifications.

What is the shipping schedule for 3rd Day orders?

To ensure product freshness, 3rd Day parcels are shipped on Monday and Tuesday only. Any orders placed after 1:00 PM MST on Tuesday will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

When do Ground Service orders ship?
  • Standard Schedule: Ground orders typically ship Monday through Thursday. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST on Thursday will ship the following Monday.
  • Summer Schedule (May 1 – Sept 30): To protect your items from heat, Ground orders ship Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Wednesday during these months will ship the following Monday.

Do I need to be home for my delivery?

We highly recommend that someone be available at the shipping address on the day of delivery. If possible,shipping to a business addressis the best way to ensure your package is received immediately and kept in a climate-controlled environment.

How do I request a refund or exchange?

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must contact us within48 hours of receiving your product. Please call our customer service team at 307-548-2818 to resolve any issues, or email queenbee@queenbeegardens.com

We guarantee that your order will arrive in good condition. If your purchase does not arrive in satisfactory condition, we will happily provide an exchange or a full refund.
