Shipping policy

Due to the volatility of our product in the summer time we will only ship to the East Coast on Mondays. If you put in an order on Tuesday, it won't even leave our facility until the next Monday if there is a chance of it melting over the weekend. We ship to the Midwest and West Coast on Tuesday, Mountain West on Wednesdays and only Wyoming on Thursdays. We don't ship Friday, Saturday, Sunday or major holidays. Now for the mumbo jumbo:  Please contact us within 48 hours upon receipt of the merchandise if it is damaged. Please notify UPS or USPS along with Queen Bee Gardens immediately and save all shipping boxes for inspection. Please send photos and information on the damaged products to queenbee@queenbeegardens.com. On a missing shipment please use your tracking number and notify the parcel delivery service. Once an item has left our facility, we are no longer responsible for it. Items authorized due to our error will be accepted for credit. 

Addresses that are incomplete may result in delays in delivery and expenses in address correction. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for packages that are returned due to incorrect addresses.
