Refund policy
Please contact the home office within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise for returns or credits. Indicate the invoice number, date of delivery, lot date, and reason for return. DO NOT RETURN WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. Items authorized for return due to shipping damage or our error will be accepted for credit. Other returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Damaged or missing shipments. Please contact the home office within 48 hours of receipt of the merchandise. On UPS or USPS damaged parcels, notify the delivery service and Queen Bee Gardens immediately and SAVE ALL SHIPPING BOXES for inspection. Please send photos and information on the damaged product(s) to queenbee@queenbeegardens.com or frankythe2headedsnowman@hotmail.com. On a missing shipment, please use your tracking number and notify the delivery service. Once an item has left our facility we are no longer responsible for it. Items authorized due to our error will be accepted for credit.
Addresses that are incomplete may result in delays in delivery and expenses in address correction. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for packages that are returned due to incorrect addresses.
