Quickly becoming a customer favorite, this organic truffle is a wonderful caramel treat with just the right amount of sea salt. This was inspired by a barista making hot chocolate in downtown Chicago. After the hot chocolate and the whipped cream were on my hot chocolate she asked if I wanted caramel sauce to top it off. I said, yes, that sounds wonderful. After the caramel sauce she added salt, with out me knowing what was happening. When i first tried it, all i got was the salt on top. But the next sip, with the salt, caramel and chocolate all mixed together, it was a little slice of heaven. Try our Sea Salt Caramel Truffle, you will think it is a slice of heaven also!
